1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using AdLynx Global (including our classified ad listings, seller profiles, direct contact channels, or related services, collectively referred to as the “Service”), you enter into a legally binding agreement and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right to revise or update these terms periodically. Continued access or use of the platform after updates have taken effect constitutes your conclusive agreement to the modified terms.
2. User Content & Responsibilities
You Own Your Content
You are solely responsible for any content, photos, item descriptions, prices, phone numbers, or messages you upload, publish, or transmit through AdLynx Global. You represent and warrant that you own or possess all necessary rights to publish your content.
Automated & AI Screening
To maintain marketplace integrity and safeguard our community from fraudulent or illegal listings, AdLynx Global utilizes automated scanning technologies—including artificial intelligence analysis—alongside administrative human review. We reserve the full right, at our sole discretion, to reject, re-categorize, edit, flag, or remove any content that violates our standards.
License to AdLynx Global
By submitting content publicly on AdLynx Global, you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, adapt, and distribute your listings across our platforms to deliver and promote the Service.
Legal Compliance & Disclosure
We may access, preserve, and disclose your account details, IP addresses, and listing information if required by applicable law, subpoenas, or in good faith to protect the safety, rights, and property of our users and the public.
3. Prohibited Conduct and Content
To keep our marketplace legal, trustworthy, and secure for everyone worldwide, you are strictly prohibited from publishing, advertising, offering, or transmitting content that:
System Abuse & Data Scraping Prohibition:
- You must not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract listings, contact numbers, or directory records (standard search engines like Google are exempt).
- You must not harvest contact information to send unsolicited commercial marketing (spam) or messages via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.
- You must not stalk, harass, or contact users who have stated that they do not wish to be contacted.
4. Transactions and Dealings
AdLynx Global operates purely as a classified venue connecting independent buyers and sellers. We are not an auctioneer, escrow agent, payment provider, guarantor, or broker.
Any communication, negotiation, in-person meeting, payment, or warranty regarding items or services listed on AdLynx Global is strictly between you and the other party. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for the quality, condition, legality, safety, or delivery of any item sold or purchased.
Payment & Scammer Warning
AdLynx Global never holds buyer funds in escrow or offers “purchase protection”. Anyone claiming that AdLynx Global is holding funds on their behalf is attempting an unauthorized scam. We strongly urge buyers to meet in safe, public locations, inspect physical items thoroughly, and refrain from using untraceable wire transfers (such as Western Union or MoneyGram).
5. Featured Listings & Promotions
Sellers may elect to enhance listing exposure through optional paid features (such as Featured Ads). These fees cover promotional placement and display visibility across category and search results.
Purchasing a promotional feature does not grant exemption from these Terms of Use. If a featured ad is removed, rejected, or suspended because it contains prohibited goods, fraudulent claims, or infringes third-party rights, all promotional fees are strictly non-refundable.
6. Service Limitations & Modifications
We aim to provide continuous, high-performance platform availability, but we reserve the right to establish limits regarding ad active duration, photo storage, file sizes, or daily posting frequencies.
AdLynx Global reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, directory, or service at any time without notice and without liability to you.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your user account, block your IP address or telephone number, and permanently delete any of your listings if:
- You breach these Terms of Use or our community safety guidelines.
- We suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior.
- Required by law enforcement or regulatory order.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
“AS IS” & “AS AVAILABLE” PROVISION
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdLynx Global, its operators, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Service or user transactions.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AdLynx Global, its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and employees against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal and attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your content, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your interaction with any other user.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operating jurisdiction of AdLynx Global, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be resolved in the competent courts having jurisdiction.
11. Reporting Violations & Support
If you encounter any advertisement, listing, or user conduct that violates these Terms of Use or compromises safety:
